Message from the HAEPTA President


Welcome to Hendricks Avenue Elementary School -- a Duval County public school like no other! Not only does Hendricks have outstanding teachers and staff who foster the development of our children's academic skills, we are fortunate to have the tremendous support of parents/guardians, extended families and our local community. Hendricks Avenue Elementary Parent Teacher Association (HAEPTA) works diligently to help support our school by providing enriching programs, special events and other activities. 

Many thanks to all of you, who give your time and financial support to help our PTA succeed. HAEPTA holds the state PTA record of 100% PTA membership -- 40 years running!!!  Let's not break the record! We encourage every adult family member - parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians, etc. - to join the HAEPTA. If you are a business owner, you are welcome to join too! By participating as a business partner, your company also will be able to reap the benefits of belonging to our loyal and dedicated 400+ strong families who are more than happy to patronize businesses who support our school.
