Families - get on your walking shoes or pump up those bicycle tires! Wednesday, October 5, is International Walk to School Day. Even though many HAE neighborhood students walk or ride everyday, students and families from all over the globe take part in this special event focused on getting children to be more active, how to do it safely by watching for cars and using proper street-crossing procedures as well as improving our environment.
